Design
2D and 3D concept through to engineering drawings, in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD. A prototype first where volume is planned.
Design → STAGE 02Cut and fold
Bystronic laser and CNC press brakes for enclosures, cabinets, ductwork and bracketry.
Sheet metal → STAGE 03Weld and finish
26 MIG/TIG stations and a Fanuc robot cell. Painted, powder coated or galvanised to suit.
Steel fabrication → STAGE 04Install
Survey, off-loading, hoisting and installation by trained, certified site teams.
